Probably it is nothing original, but I really love spending quality time with my family. The beauty of Greece always makes me happy and I can never get enough of the magical atmosphere of Lake Balaton in Hungary. Travel allows me to unwind, explore new places, and create lasting memories with my family. Go, the Reds! Football is one of my favourite games. I'm a huge fan of "The Reds"... and even bigger of "The Greens".
I enjoy all kinds of outdoor
activities. It helps me connect with nature and recharge
my batteries. Just to
mention a few: mountain hiking, hiking in the lowlands
among the
forests, picking mushrooms, kayaking on rivers and
lakes, gardening, and
recently my new passion – nordic walking (sometimes
I even take part in
competitions!). I'm a big fan of all kinds of handcraft,
so
whenever I have time, I use my creativity and prepare some
decorations myself.
Also, something that has always been very close to my
heart and soul –
painting. I love going to exhibitions and painting by
myself, it always helps
me calm down.
For many years, one of my most cherished passion has been Balkan folklore dancing. I've been fortunate enough to be part of a vibrant Balkan folk group that shares my enthusiasm for this rich and diverse dance tradition. I'm an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, and I regularly work out at the gym, go jogging, and take long walks in nature, which keep me physically fit, and also provide moments of solitude and reflection... Speaking of reflections, you can often find me lost in the pages of a good book. With my husband we often discuss our latest literary discoveries, enriching our connection through the worlds created by authors. At home, we share our space with several cats which bring joy and companionship into our lives. Their playful antics and affectionate nature make every day a bit brighter. I also love gardening. Working with the soil and tending to the growth of flowers, herbs, and vegetables is a grounding and therapeutic experience.
One of my greatest pleasures is diving into the world of literature. Reading good books is a lifelong passion (just to mention some authors: Jakub Małecki, Stanisław Lem, or Stephen King) – whether I'm seeking inspiration, suspense, or a touch of the macabre, these authors never fail to deliver. Also, you can often find me binge-watching TV series. Some of my favorites are Peaky Blinders, Black Mirror or the surreal world of Twin Peaks. I'm also an ardent fan of martial arts, particularly Muay Thai. The discipline, technique and mental fortitude required in Muay Thai fascinate me. It's not just a physical workout; it's a way of life that teaches respect, perseverance, and self-control.
One of my greatest passions in life is spending quality time with my friends. There is something truly magical about the connections we form with others, and I cherish every moment I get to share with those I hold dear. There are also things I do by myself and for myself. Yoga is a way of life and a profound passion for me. The practice of yoga has taught me mindfulness, self-awareness, and the importance of maintaining a harmonious balance between mind, body, and spirit. In a world filled with noise and constant stimulation, I find solace in long, silent walks. These moments of solitude allow me to disconnect from the digital chatter and reconnect with my inner self.
I am a passionate sailor, who continuously explore how to use the forces of nature, respecting the power of the elements, such as water and wind. It gives me a sense of fulfillment, but at the same time it is a challenge and teaches me respect for my own limitations. I'm also a developing motorcyclist, enjoying instantaneous and impartial feedback from my machine and path.
Hobbies are essential for personal well-being and a healthy work-life balance. They provide us with an escape from our daily routines and allow us to recharge our minds. My favourite hobby is a perfect blend of the three things I hold dear: my family, watching and playing football, and being outdoors. Football is more than just a sport for me; it's a passion that fuels my excitement. Whether I'm watching a live game or participating in a local league, the thrill and adrenaline rush are incomparable. As a football fan, I appreciate the skills, strategy, and dedication that go into every match.

The interview usually takes about one hour. For Polish speakers, the interview is usually conducted both in Polish and English. For non-Polish speakers, the whole interview is in English. If one of the job requirements is an additional language other than English, you should also expect some extra language checks. Most candidates are invited for an online meeting on the MS Teams platform - you’ll get detailed information while scheduling the date and time with our admin team. However, you may be invited for a face-to-face meeting in the office. Don’t worry, you will be informed about it by our Recruiters.
Every summer, starting in July, we hold a three-month internship program called “Young Stars Academy.” During the program, our interns get the opportunity to work in one of our departments and get an excellent career kickstart that opens many doors for their future professional development. The recruitment process for the program usually starts in Spring, so check our Career Site starting in April.
Our new modern office is located in Podium Park, at 43 Jana Pawła II Street in Krakow. We offer free parking spots and bike areas for our employees.
