One of my greatest pleasures is diving into the world of literature. Also, you can often find me binge-watching TV series. Some of my favorites are Peaky Blinders, Black Mirror or the surreal world of Twin Peaks. I'm also an ardent fan of martial arts, particularly Muay Thai. The discipline, technique and mental fortitude required in Muay Thai fascinate me. It's not just a physical workout; it's a way of life that teaches respect, perseverance, and self-control.

  2. Positive impact on local communities – We organise CSR initiatives to gather items or funds to support Foundations or Associations helping those in need in Kraków & Małopolska. Examples: online auctions and fairs in the office, where our employees can share talents and handmade items in exchange for funds transferred directly to beneficiary foundations; Feed the animal – food collection for local animal shelters; Food Hunt as part of the annual Kraków Food Collection driven by the Food Bank.

How can I know if my application has been submitted successfully?

You can check the status of your application on our Career Site by logging into your Candidate Profile, which you have created while applying. After a successful login, go to the Jobs Applied section to see all the jobs you have applied for at HEINEKEN.

What does the recruitment process at HEINEKEN look like?

After you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team. Please note it may take a while before we get back to you. Every application is reviewed by one of our recruiters, and we don’t use AI to screen CVs. If your profile meets the job requirements, we will call you for a short phone conversation to get more information about your motivation, skills, and previous experience. In case of a positive decision after the first stage, you’ll be invited for an interview with your hiring manager and/or other team members. Depending on the vacancy, a practical exercise may be based on typical requests you’ll handle in the role. We’ll be in touch with both successful and rejected candidates. If a job offer is accepted, we’ll start with the pre-employment steps.

Is the interview conducted in English? How long does it take and where do we meet?

The interview usually takes about one hour. For Polish speakers, the interview is usually conducted both in Polish and English. For non-Polish speakers, the whole interview is in English. If one of the job requirements is an additional language other than English, you should also expect some extra language checks. Most candidates are invited for an online meeting on the MS Teams platform - you’ll get detailed information while scheduling the date and time with our admin team. However, you may be invited for a face-to-face meeting in the office. Don’t worry, you will be informed about it by our Recruiters.

Do you have any internship offers?

Every summer, starting in July, we hold a three-month internship program called “Young Stars Academy.” During the program, our interns get the opportunity to work in one of our departments and get an excellent career kickstart that opens many doors for their future professional development. The recruitment process for the program usually starts in Spring, so check our Career Site starting in April.

Where is the HEINEKEN office located, and what amenities does it offer?

Our new modern office is located in Podium Park, at 43 Jana Pawła II Street in Krakow. We offer free parking spots and bike areas for our employees. You can take a break and have fun in one of our gaming or chillax areas. During the day, you can take your lunch break in the restaurant downstairs and, after work, work out at the gym in the same building. One of the unique places in our office is the HEINEKEN Bar, located on the 9th floor, and serves some of the best beers on Thursday or Friday afternoons to all our employees who meet to celebrate the joy of true togetherness.

How often are HEINEKEN employees required to come to the office?

We offer hybrid ways of working so you can keep the balance and work both from the office and home flexibly according to your needs and lifestyle. Our employees can have up to 4 days of home office per week to balance their personal preferences and business needs. You simply open the dedicated application, book your desk, and enjoy the time with your team!
